Youth and Children's Programs
We have programs for youth, as well as Sunday School and child care for younger children.
Youth
Kai Lyles directs the youth program.
Our youth program is intended for middle and high school students. We meet Sundays from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., in the basement of the church.
We have a rocking youth band and individually challenging lessons. Our newly remodeled youth center has three pool tables, a foosball table, a ping pong table and air hockey table.
We go on several field trips throughout the year, including Disneyland in December and Knott’s Berry Farm in the spring, Beach Trips are planned during the summer months, and a visit to Six Flags Magic Mountain takes place in the fall.
In August, we facilitate a week-long camp on Catalina Island. Here the kids enjoy morning Bible sessions, followed by free time in the town of Avalon. At night we play games and have campfire discussions.
If you are interested in a fun and safe place then stop by, or call the church office for more details. We would love to see you here!

Sunday School and Child Care
Children come to church with their families and, after about 15 minutes, hear a short children's sermon, then leave the sanctuary for their Sunday School classrooms. A nursery for infants and toddlers is provided during the services.
An expression of our attitude toward children is found in the "Christ with Children" statue that adorns the patio.
The church also has youth choirs that are broken down by age, click here for more about our Children's Choirs.
The Chapel is open during second service for anyone who needs it. If you have to excuse yourself from the Sanctuary for any reason, feel free to go into the Chapel. We are piping in the sound from the Sanctuary so that you may continue to worship.
